Ag Day 2022 October 21st Class Exhibits 

Rooms 11, 12, and 13 will be creating two exhibit items throughout Week 1 of next term. Students are to bring any necessary items from home on the specified days and create these items at school.

Item 1 - to be created Tuesday/Wednesday

 

A ‘Ngā Wai’ themed sculpture

• Students are to create a piece of art from natural or recycled materials. Nga Wai is the theme - somehow connected to water - eg. ocean, river, springs, shells, a fish, out of materials like shells, scrap metal, fabric, buttons, wood etc. 

Item 2 - to be created Thursday 20th

A floral arrangement in a kitchen vessel 

• Similar to a floral arrangement in a tea cup or sand saucer - students are to use fresh cut flowers, dried flowers and/or foliage to create a floral arrangement in any kitchen item.

• It could be a grater, teapot, jug, sieve, tin etc
